Your information should help resolve your request—not become public data.

This notice explains how Sani 313 Connect handles constituency questions and issue reports.

Information collected

Submission forms collect your name, phone number, optional email address, LGA, ward, community, category and the message you provide. A private ticket reference and access code protect online tracking.

How information is used

Authorised campaign or constituency staff use the information to review, classify, assign and respond to your submission, and to understand recurring community priorities in aggregate.

Public questions

If you select the public option, an approved version of your question and the official response may be published. Your phone number, email and precise contact details will not be displayed. Issue reports remain private by default.

Security and retention

Staff access is restricted. Passwords and ticket access codes are stored as one-way hashes. Data should be retained only as long as required for case handling, legal obligations and accountable constituency reporting.

Your choices

You may request correction or deletion through the constituency desk, subject to any lawful recordkeeping requirement. Do not submit identity documents, financial details or sensitive medical records through these forms.

This operational privacy notice should be reviewed by the campaign’s data-protection adviser before the public launch.
